Application

PROEM is a day or night formula. Ideal for introducing an essential calm to the body and mind in a mid-afternoon to early evening application. We recommend an acclimation period that begins with 8-10 drops at a time.

To allow the body and mind to acclimate to this particular formula, we suggest beginning with 25 to 50 mg, eventually needing less with each application as the body regularly absorbs the PROEM blend.

Alternatively, start slowly and try 4-6 drops, then work your way up if necessary and increase the dose, until you find your ‘CBD sweet spot’, around 2 or 3 times a day whenever you feel you need it.
